Ross J. Childs focuses his practice on representing real estate clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and finance transactions, as well as condominium development and formation. Ross also assists clients on alcoholic beverage control law matters, including experience with person-to-person and place-to-place liquor license transfers and enforcement matters.

Prior to CSG Law, Ross served as a real estate legal intern for a full-service Global 100 firm during law school. In this role, he focused on providing extensive research regarding the implications of COVID-19 on commercial real estate matters, assisted in commercial and residential real estate closings and reviewed title insurance documents including title reports and surveys for commercial transactions. Ross also interned for a New York-based firm, where he gained significant experience in drafting real estate documents such as contracts, leases, loan and closing documents.

Ross earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University – where he served as a Staff Editor for Volume 41 and an Associate Editor for Volume 42 of the Cardozo Law Review. Ross received his B.S., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
