Danielle is an experienced federal trial lawyer and strategic advisor. She has represented individual, government, and corporate clients in high-stakes regulatory matters pending before the DOJ, SEC, FDA, and other regulatory bodies. Danielle brings a creative, realistic, multidimensional approach to every matter she handles, whether in the courtroom or the boardroom. Twice elected to CSG Law’s Executive Committee, Danielle contributes to the successful management of the firm.
White Collar Investigations and Enforcement Actions
Danielle helps companies and boards navigate significant and complex white-collar investigations. Danielle is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. She served in the Health Care & Government Fraud Unit where she prosecuted cases involving health care fraud, anti-kickback violations, criminal HIPAA violations, mail fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, commercial bribery, and violations of both the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the False Claims Act. Danielle has extensive health care experience and routinely represents health care companies in internal investigations and civil DOJ qui tam matters. Danielle draws on her time at the DOJ to enable her clients to see around corners and mitigate risk. She is skilled at finding paths forward to resolve matters effectively and expeditiously.

Danielle is a trusted C-suite advisor to organizations on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance concerns. She brings her insight as a former in-house counsel into her practice today, offering incisive advice that blends creativity with perspective, helping clients leverage opportunities and scale with ESG principles top of mind.
A deeply invested champion of women, diversity, and inclusion, Danielle advises founders in the beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. Danielle also works with emerging women’s health companies focusing on mid-life. She advises on day-to-day issues, growth strategies, and deals, providing strategic business support and compliance advice and helping them build strong, highly competitive businesses.

Danielle is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law where she teaches “Wellness & Mindfulness,” focusing on the intersection of ambition and wellness to help her students thrive in law school and beyond.
