Pearlman Association: The Risks and Rewards of Financing
Members of the CSG Law Surety & Fidelity Group, Brian Kantar and Jonathan Bondy, will participate in the 29th Annual Pearlman Conference on Thursday, September 7. Brian and Jonathan will lead a panel discussion addressing the risks and rewards of a surety’s decision to finance, with an emphasis on the surety’s options under the AIA A312 Performance Bond.
