Claire M. Diallo is Counsel in the firm’s Surety & Fidelity Group.
Claire concentrates her practice on litigation, with a focus on fidelity and surety, insurance, construction, and other complex commercial matters.
With more than 15 years of experience, Claire has served as an attorney at an Iowa firm, as well as an attorney and a partner at several central New Jersey law firms, handling a range of matters from first-party insurance litigation, class action litigation, environmental litigation, Title IX litigation, residential contractor disputes, and community association law over the course of her career. Claire also previously worked as in-house counsel to a medical device company in Switzerland.
Claire earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa, College of Law, where she participated on the Iowa Law Review and was recognized with Order of the Coif, having graduated first in her class. Claire received her B.A. from the University of Montana.
