American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education: Counseling Cannabis – Legal Essentials and Opportunities
On June 12, from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm, Adriana M. Peters, a Member in the CSG Law Real Estate Group, will participate in the ALI CLE’s panel discussion, “Counseling Cannabis: Legal Essentials and Opportunities.” Ms. Peters, along with other panelists, will discuss professional responsibility concerns and licensing, banking, business, and real estate issues that may arise within the cannabis industry.
