CSG Law Named to Bloomberg Law’s 2024 DEI Framework

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is pleased to announce it is one of 57 U.S.-based firms to be named to Bloomberg Law’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Framework for 2024.

The Bloomberg Law Framework provides a platform for standardizing law firm diversity metrics and recognizes firms for distinguished performance against six core pillars: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community.

This acknowledgement is the latest recognition of the achievements of CSG Law’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Women’s Initiative, which are focused on helping to shape the future of the firm by expanding opportunities for collaboration and providing professional development and mentorship. Earlier this summer, CSG Law’s ranking rose in the American Lawyer’s 2024 Diversity and Women in Law Scorecards and the firm was named to NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the fourth consecutive year.

Bloomberg Law’s DEI Framework, the legal industry’s first and only standardized, fully transparent methodology to measure law firms’ performance in this critical arena, was developed in collaboration with Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index team, as well as diversity leads at corporations and U.S.-based law firms. Performance was assessed across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the framework’s six core pillars. Going forward, the methodology and membership criteria will be reviewed and updated annually to ensure alignment with industry trends, methodologies, and best practices.
