National Business Institute: FMLA, ADA, and New Jersey Leave Law

Dischley, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Employment Group, will be speaking at the National Business Institute’s online webinar, “FMLA, ADA, and New Jersey Leave Law.” Ms. Dischley will discuss key leave and accommodation issues and mitigating litigation risks on disciplining and firing employees on leave.
