CSG Law’s Jeffrey Chiesa and Frank Giantomasi Named to ROI-NJ’s 2024 Champions of the C-Suite
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is pleased to announce that Jeffrey S. Chiesa and Francis J. Giantomasi have been recognized by ROI-NJ among the publication’s Top Champions of the C-Suite list for 2024. Co-Chairs of the firm’s Executive Committee, Jeff and Frank were the only private practice attorneys to appear among the top 30 C-suite leaders on this year’s list.
The list features the top 140 business leaders in New Jersey, comprising executives from every sector and region in the Garden State.
As a result of the Executive Committee’s leadership, CSG Law has experienced tremendous growth over the past five years, including attorney headcount, year-over-year revenue, and the firm’s new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Roseland.
Jeff practices in the firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations Groups. His unique background in public service includes serving in such leadership roles as the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey, a United States Senator, Chief Counsel to the Governor and as Executive Assistant and Counsel to the U.S. Attorney. Appointed to the U.S. Senate by Gov. Christie in 2013, Jeff served on the Senate committees on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, Commerce, Science and Transportation and Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
Frank is a Member with the firm Real Estate and Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Groups. He has more than four decades of experience in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, complex commercial transactions and Chancery litigation, and has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Frank is recognized as a leader in planning, zoning, and development law including tax abatement law for the City of Newark and urban areas. He has served as Chief Development Counsel for some of the region’s major real estate projects, including the planning and development of Prudential Insurance Company’s Newark Headquarters.
