CSG Law Alert: Important Upcoming Deadlines: One Week Left Before the Integrity Fee Deadline
We would like to remind all active EB-5 regional centers of two important deadlines.
One Week Left Until the Integrity Fee Payment Deadline!
The annual Integrity Fee payment deadline is October 31st. Per the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (“RIA”), all active EB-5 regional centers must submit an annual Integrity Fee:
- $10,000 for regional centers with 20 or fewer investors.
- $20,000 for regional centers with 21 or more investors.
Payment Window: The fee must be paid between October 1 and October 31 each year.
Advance Payment: The fee paid in October 2024 will apply to FY 2025.
Investor Count: USCIS counts any investor who has submitted an I-526 or I-526E petition but has not yet filed an I-829 petition.
Please note that the RIA imposes a late fee for payments made after October 31 and before December 29. Furthermore, USCIS may terminate any regional center that fails to pay the correct fee by December 29.

I-956G Season is Here!
The annual I-956G compliance filing for FY 2024 is also coming up!
Filing Period: Starts October 1, 2024, and must be completed by December 31, 2024.
The new I-956G form requires much more data than the previous I-924A form, so accurate completion is crucial. USCIS may impose fines for inaccuracies, making it essential to start preparing your filings as soon as possible.
