CSG Law Named to Best Companies Group’s Nationwide “Best Law Firms” List
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is pleased to announce that it has been named to the Business of Law Digest and Best Companies Group’s “Best Law Firms” list. This program recognizes leading law firms throughout the nation based on a variety of factors including workplace culture, policies and benefits.
As part of the two-step process, employers complete an in-depth questionnaire, and employees have the opportunity to offer honest feedback by taking part in a confidential survey. CSG Law was among 29 other law firms from across the country included on the list.
According to the Business of Law Digest, the firms were “measured on against a wide range of benchmarks including the presence of formal programs for actively recruiting a diverse workforce, older employees and members of the military; long-tenured senior management; bonuses for employee referrals; telecommuting options; family-friendly benefits; a focus on work/life balance and tuition assistance programs.”
“Winning firms received high marks for confidence in leadership, strong communication, corporate culture, ongoing training options, fair pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction, among other criteria,” the publication said.
CSG Law’s recognition follows its ranking fourth place among the NJBIZ Best Places to Work in New Jersey, where it was the highest-ranking law firm in its category. In addition, the firm’s recent Mansfield certification and inclusion on the Bloomberg Law DEI framework demonstrate CSG Law’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
