Mitchell S. Berkey and Francis J. Giantomasi Named to ROI-NJ Influencers: Real Estate 2024 List
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC’s (“CSG Law”) Mitchell S. Berkey and Francis J. Giantomasi have once again been named among the ROI-NJ Influencers for Real Estate.
According to ROI-NJ, Mitch is described as, “having an extensive background that spans all asset types.”
Mitch, in his role as chair of one of the largest real estate groups in the region, has been a key player in expanding his team and broadening the scope of CSG Law’s real estate practice throughout the nation. With nearly four decades of experience, Mitch capitalizes on his combined business and legal acumen to navigate all aspects of real estate.
According to ROI-NJ, Frank remains, “a legend in Newark and around the state, he is recognized as a leader in planning, zoning and development law, including tax abatement law.”
Frank, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, has over four decades of experience in all aspects of real estate. Furthermore, Frank, a regular in ROI-NJ’s Power List, was again named to the publication’s 2024 Health Care Influencer list, in recognition of his service as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey.
