Glenn Tucker focuses his practice on corporate, commercial and financing transactions. Before joining CSG Law, Glenn was the Managing Partner and Chair of the Corporate Team at a Newark-based law firm.

Currently, Glenn is also a Director of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, where he previously served as Chair; a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association; and a founding Director and former Vice President of The Inn of Transactional Counsel for Morris & Essex Counties. Glenn frequently lectures on corporate law topics for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association, and the General Council of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Additionally, he has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he taught transactional law skills course. Glenn was recently selected by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education.
