Edward J. Dauber practices in the firm’s Litigation Group.

He focuses his practice on white collar criminal matters, business litigation, and state and federal agency and regulatory matters. Ed joins CSG Law after founding a Newark-based law firm and working with its Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Teams.

Prior to working in the private sector, he was the Chief of the Fraud Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in New Jersey and an advisor to the Attorney General of the United States. He also served as the Executive Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Division of Law for the State of New Jersey and oversaw the State’s more than four hundred Deputy Attorneys General, representing all state agencies including the Departments of Insurance, Banking, Environmental Protection, and all professional boards.

Additionally, Ed served as Acting Attorney General for Insurance Matters and was chairman of the State’s Interdepartmental Health Fraud Task Force. He has also served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Complementary Dispute Resolution Committee, has been approved as a mediator by both the Federal and State courts, and was a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct.
