Fady Shenouda is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Fady participated in a legal externship, at an endowment organization in North Carolina, helping to develop distribution models.
He served as chair and co-organizer for the Durham European Law Institute Annual Debate in the United Kingdom.
Fady earned his LL.M., magna cum laude, in Business Law, from Duke University School of Law and his LL.B. from Durham Law School, where he received the Foresters Land Law Prize (awarded to the top three students in the Land Law module).
