Morris Essex Inn of Transactional Counsel: Corporate Transparency Act
On February 12, from 5:15 – 7:00 pm, Glenn L. Stein, Chair and Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Corporate & Securities Group, Michelle J. Delaney, Counsel in the CSG Law Corporate & Securities Group, and John J. DeFuria, an Associate in the CSG Law Corporate & Securities Group will serve as speakers at the Morris Essex Inn of Transactional Counsel to discuss the “Corporate Transparency Act.” Mr. Stein, Ms. Delaney, and Mr. DeFuria will cover the Corporate Transparency Act, including who is required to report, exemptions for large operating and inactive companies, reporting requirements for companies, beneficial ownership, and company applicants, as well as key deadlines, compliance tips, ethical considerations, and recent legal developments.
