CSG Law’s Danielle Corcione Joins U.S. District Court Lawyers Advisory Committee

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) congratulates Danielle Corcione, Member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the firm’s Litigation and ESG & Sustainability Groups, on her appointment to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey Lawyers Advisory Committee (LAC).

Established in 1983, LAC’s mission is to serve the U.S. District Court and its judges in achieving, dispensing, and administering justice in a fair, impartial, and effective manner. LAC’s primary function is to develop, review, and/or revise the U.S. District Court’s Local Rules, procedures, and practices, and recommend changes or amendments to the Board of Judges.

Danielle joins the committee to provide practical guidance, insight, and suggestions regarding Local Rules, along with 44 other attorneys also appointed this term. The first of four yearly meetings took place this March. Danielle’s term is for one year.

Over the course of her career, Danielle has represented individual, government, and corporate clients in high-stakes regulatory matters pending before the DOJ, SEC, FDA, and other regulatory bodies.

In addition, Danielle, a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, served in the Health Care & Government Fraud Unit. Danielle is a trusted C-suite advisor to organizations, bringing her insight as a former in-house counsel, and blending creativity with perspective. She helps clients leverage opportunities and scale with ESG principles top of mind, while also advising founders in the beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
