CSG Law Welcomes Back Member Andrew S. Kent
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to welcome Andrew S. Kent back to the firm.
Andrew, a Member of the Surety & Fidelity Group, focuses his practice on surety and fidelity claims, providing legal advice in connection with multiple issues with an emphasis on surety-related regulatory and transactional matters, commercial litigation, and public contract bid disputes. He rejoins CSG Law after spending nearly two years at a leading surety where he handled claims and provided legal support to commercial and contract surety underwriters.
For more than 25 years, Andrew has authored articles on a variety of topics related to fidelity and surety law and has presented at numerous conferences in those fields.
Andrew earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark and his B.A. from Rutgers University, where he was in the General Honors Program and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leo Yanoff in the Law Division of Superior Court, State of New Jersey.
