Gemma Giantomasi Named Tri-County Scholarship Fund’s Women of Achievement Honoree

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) congratulates Gemma Giantomasi, Member of the firm and Practice Group Leader of the Real Estate Group, on her recognition as a 2025 Tri-County Scholarship Fund Women of Achievement Honoree.

“I am very proud to be a Tri-County Scholarship Fund Women of Achievement Honoree alongside these magnificent women, including my fellow honoree, Sonia Amorim, a former classmate from Ann Street Elementary School in Newark,” said Gemma. “In school, I was lucky to have the support and example of my family. I attended Montclair Kimberley Academy where it wasn’t just about smaller class sizes or beautiful facilities—it was about being challenged, encouraged, and surrounded by peers and educators who expected excellence and helped me reach it. I am honored to attend this inspirational event that benefits New Jersey students and celebrates women.”

Since 1981, the Tri-County Scholarship Fund has provided high school scholarships to financially disadvantaged, academically accomplished students from northern New Jersey. The Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon recognizes four women whose career accomplishments and community service make them leaders in the community and role models for scholarship students.

At the 12th annual luncheon in late April, Gemma was honored as one of the Women of Achievement for her extensive experience in real estate, banking and finance and food and beverage law.

Gemma’s practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, sales, finance, condominium development and creation. She also has experience with alcoholic beverage control licensing and has successfully handled many applications for person-to-person and place-to-place liquor license transfers before various alcoholic beverage control boards and municipal councils.

Gemma’s previous awards include New Jersey Law Journal, Unsung Heroes Award (2024), New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Stars list, Real Estate (2011-2020), NJBIZ, Best 50 Women in Business (2019), NJBIZ, Forty Under 40 (2018), New Jersey Law Journal, New Leaders of the Bar (2017), and New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, Community Service Award (2016).
