Ms. Rauchway’s panel, “Franchisor/Franchisee Relationships – Tips For Getting Along,” will discuss strategies for bettering the relationship between franchisor and franchisee, both from franchisee and franchisor perspectives. Ms. Rauchway will address topics such as commonly misunderstood franchise agreement provisions, effective use of a franchise disclosure document, and practical ways to resolve issues.
