Turnaround Management Association New Jersey: Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium – From Restructuring Insiders: Bankruptcy Issues to Watch in 2025
On June 12, from 9:45 – 10:45 am, Terri Jane Freedman, Counsel in the CSG Law Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group, will serve as a speaker at the Turnaround Management Association’s New Jersey Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium in Atlantic City, NJ. Ms. Freedman’s panel, “From Restructuring Insiders: Bankruptcy Issues to Watch in 2025,” will focus on current bankruptcy issues and recent rulings and their impact on restructuring strategies. Some key topics will include discussions on environmental liabilities and discharge in 363 sales, third-party releases in Chapter 11 plans, role of Chapter 11 trustees, use of involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, and “new value” plans.
