Continuing Professional Education Services: Conducting Environmental Due Diligence in New Jersey
On June 10, from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, CSG Law will host Continuing Professional Education Service’s program, “Conducting Environmental Due Diligence in New Jersey.” The program will feature Michael K. Plumb, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Environmental Group, David J. Mairo and Patrick T. Mottola, Members in the CSG Law Environmental Group as featured speakers. Mr. Plumb, Mr. Mairo and Mr. Mottola will discuss the risks and liabilities potentially associated with real estate transaction; how environmental due diligence can limit and offer protections against those risks and liabilities; and provide insights regarding how to conduct environmental due diligence, including identifying pitfalls commonly encountered during the process.
