Practice Areas
Jenny Chung Quraishi is a former federal prosecutor and an esteemed litigator whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class action defense and patent litigation matters. She represents individuals and corporations in sensitive matters and regularly appears in federal, state, and local courts. Jenny is also a valued member of the CSG Law Cannabis Law Group and has represented applicant groups on the path to medicinal and personal use cannabis licensure.
Jenny rejoins CSG Law after serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey. There, Jenny investigated and tried cases in the areas of health care fraud, opioids abuse prevention, narcotics, and violent crimes. Jenny pulls from her valuable time at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, working with clients to obtain the best results pre-trial and where that is not possible, at trial.
Before her time at the Department of Justice, Jenny served as Counsel and as an Associate in the CSG Law Litigation Group, and, prior to that, she was an Associate at a prominent New Jersey law firm. Jenny also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Jenny is a member and a past president of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA-NJ). She is also a Trustee for the Historical Society of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Jenny earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, and her B.A., in English, from Boston University.
Jenny is fluent in Korean.
