Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey: Revitalization of New Jersey’s Vacant Properties Forum
On June 18, from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, Dennis M. Toft, Chair of the CSG Law Environmental Group, will speak on the “Obstacles to Redevelopment” panel at The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey’s “Revitalization of New Jersey’s Vacant Properties Forum.” In these challenging financial times, it is important to utilize every asset available to meet New Jersey’s needs. When one considers the landscape in New Jersey in terms of underutilized vacant properties, there are many. Mr. Toft will discuss how the state can put these properties back into good use benefiting our citizens and all of New Jersey.
