Continuing Professional Education Services: Ethics Credits for Licensed Site Remediation Professional
On July 16, from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm, Dennis M. Toft, Chair of the CSG Law Environmental Group, and David J. Mairo, a Member in the CSG Law Environmental Group, will serve as speakers during the Continuing Professional Education Services (CPES) webinar, “Ethics Credits for Licensed Site Remediation Professional.” Mr. Toft and Mr. Mairo will discuss the requirements of the Board Rules (NJAC 7:26I-4.4b.1) and will educate an LSRP on the differences between ethical and unethical behavior as they apply to obligations within SRRA.
