Perri J. Koll

Perri J. Koll is an accomplished commercial and real estate litigator who skillfully represents clients in matters involving real estate, construction litigation, premises disputes, complex commercial matters, and labor law. Her broad legal background, which includes high-stakes cases in product liability, auto liability, catastrophic loss, and general liability, provides her with the experience to see the big picture while navigating the details.

Before joining CSG Law, Perri worked as Counsel in the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation Groups at a boutique New York City-based firm. Perri has also served as Of Counsel at a Newark-based law firm, as a Secondee to the Life Sciences Claims Team at an insurance company, and as a judicial intern with the Honorable Stanley Chesler at the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in Newark.

Perri earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and B.A. from the University of Maryland. She is also a graduate of the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy. Dedicated to giving back, Perri serves as a volunteer and victim advocate for Partners for Women in Justice and the Rachel Coalition, supporting individuals through challenging times.
