CSG Law Welcomes New Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Kareem Ismail has joined the firm’s administrative leadership team as the first Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Kareem Ismail is an experienced business and finance operations professional who helps to guide CSG Law’s overall financial strategy and performance. Kareem oversees the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities of the law firm to drive strategic decision-making, ensure fiscal health, and optimize resources for long-term growth and profitability.
Before joining CSG Law, Kareem held several positions in business operations and financial planning. His experience includes serving as a manager of financial reporting and analysis at an international AmLaw Top 10 law firm, a senior financial analyst at a leading healthcare company, and overseeing the business operations and financial health of a mid-size regional law firm. He has also designed and implemented performance metrics and streamlined data reconciliation processes for other law firms and litigation departments.
Kareem earned his M.B.A., summa cum laude, from Kaplan University, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Montclair State University.
