The Fidelity Law Association’s 31st Annual Conference: Staring into the Void Ab Initio – A Podcast on Rescission
On October 8, from 3:15 – 4:00 pm, Claire M. Diallo, Counsel in the CSG Law Surety & Fidelity Group, will speak at the Fidelity Law Association’s 31st Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Diallo will discuss the common law roots of rescission and the level of defalcation required to invoke rescission’s rare protections and void a policy ab initio during her presentation, “Staring into the Void Ab Initio: A Podcast on Rescission.” The presentation will be in the format of a podcast, where Ms. Diallo will be answering questions from the “audience” (through pre-recorded queries) based on scenarios from several different cases.
