New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education: Understanding and Negotiating Executive Compensation Agreements
On September 30, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Lindsay A. Dischley, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Employment Group, will speak at New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s “Understanding and Negotiating Executive Compensation Agreements” program. Ms. Dischley will discuss the fundamentals of executive compensation, including negotiating offers and handling issues such as long-term incentives, stock benefits, and 409(A) clauses.
