CSG Law Alert: Reminder: Annual EB-5 Compliance Season and Integrity Fee Payments Coming!
We’d like to remind all active EB-5 regional centers of the deadline of the annual Integrity Fee, which is due between October 1 and October 30 each year.
According to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (“RIA”), every active EB-5 regional center is required to pay an annual Integrity Fee:
- $10,000 for regional centers with 20 or fewer investors.
- $20,000 for regional centers with 21 or more investors.
In addition, the annual I-956G compliance filing window for FY 2025 begins on October 1, 2025, and filing must be completed by December 28, 2025.

The Filing Period of the annual I-956G compliance filing for FY 2025 begins on October 1, 2025, and must be completed by December 28, 2025. The new I-956G form requires significantly more data than the previous I-924A form, making accurate completion essential. USCIS may impose fines or penalties for inaccurate reporting, so it’s vital to start preparing your filings as early as possible.
- EB-5 Project Sponsors with Projects hosted by third party regional centers
Some Regional Centers require you to provide the requisite information and data soon after the filing window opens (in some cases as early as October 10, 2025). We urge you to review your regional center affiliation agreement to understand your obligations.
I-956G preparation can be a time-consuming process. To avoid any last-minute pressure, we encourage all regional centers to prioritize these deadlines and begin preparation as early as possible to ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues.
