Securities Transfer Association Annual Conference: Legal Landmines and Roundtables & Refreshments
On October 22, from 3:00 – 4:00 pm, Mark A. Harmon, Of Counsel in the CSG Law Litigation Group, will speak at the Securities Transfer Association’s Annual Conference in Naples, Florida. Mr. Harmon will speak on recent regulatory and legal developments of interest to transfer agents during his “Legal Landmines” presentation. In addition, on October 23, from 3:45 – 5:00 pm, Mr. Harmon will lead the discussion, “Roundtables & Refreshments,” responding to questions of concern to transfer agents in their business operations.
