Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers: 2025 White Collar Practice Seminar
On November 13, from 9:00 – 10:00 am, Lee Vartan, a Member in the CSG Law White Collar Defense & Investigations Group, will serve as a speaker at the 2025 White Collar Practice Seminar, hosted by the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL). Mr. Vartan’s panel, “A High-Profile New Jersey Public Corruption Prosecution Runs Off the Rails: What Next?” will offer important insights into several pressing legal concerns, including the criminalization of routine legal practice, the boundaries of what constitutes “official misconduct,” and the dangers of overzealous prosecution.
