Ancy S. Varghese is Counsel with the firm’s Immigration Practice Group.

Ancy is a skilled immigration attorney with over two decades of experience in the areas of immigration and naturalization law, focusing on employment-based and family-based matters, as well as naturalization.

Ancy’s focus on employment-based matters includes, but is not limited to, PERM/I-140, Schedule A, EB-1A, B and C, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, H-3, E-2, L-1, P-1, P-3 and TN visas. She has advised a diverse array of clients, including small to mid-sized firms, larger corporations, start-ups, professionals and artists as well as students and exchange visitors.

Before joining CSG Law, Ancy practiced at various immigration law firms and has had the opportunity to present educational topics via webinars on a variety of topics. She has also represented clients at employment-based and family-based adjustment of status and naturalization interviews at USCIS field offices.

Ancy earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S., in Neural Science, from New York University.

She is fluent in Malayalam.
