Industry Experience
Neha Bhalani has more than a decade of experience advising clients on all aspects of trademark and copyright matters related to brand assets, creative and artistic works, and publicity rights. She helps brand owners protect, enforce, police, and monetize their ideas both in the U.S. and abroad. Neha has extensive experience working with businesses and individuals in the entertainment, beauty, health and wellness, tech, pharma, media, hospitality, and food and beverage industries.
Having studied art and art history, Neha easily grasps her clients’ creative visions expressed through brand names, logos, packaging, websites, software, design, fine art, and all other creations of the mind. Neha merges her love for the arts and the law to provide clients with practical strategies to help them attain their long-term business goals.
Neha’s experience includes advising clients on complex intellectual property issues, prosecuting trademark and copyrights, and drafting, structuring and negotiating intellectual property agreements such as licensing, co-existence, non-disclosure, marketing, master service, work-for-hire, collaboration, and asset purchase agreements. Neha also heads up the firm’s foreign trademark practice and copyright prosecution practice and routinely advises clients on their global intellectual property portfolios.
