3 CSG Law Attorneys Named to COMMERCE Magazine’s 2025 Enterprising Women List

Mathews, Member Gemma Giantomasi, and Associate Alyssa Bartholomew were named to COMMERCE Magazine’s Enterprising Women in Commerce list for 2025. Marie was listed for Platinum, Gemma for Law, and Alyssa was included on the Ones to Watch list.
As Managing Member, Marie provides strategic direction, managing the firm’s resources to ensure effective and exceptional counsel to clients. Marie, who is also a member of the Executive Committee, has served in a variety of management roles at the firm, including as Practice Group Leader of the Litigation Group and Deputy General Counsel to the firm, where she supported firm operations and client service initiatives, as well as created programs to educate and mentor team members. Marie focuses her practice on complex commercial matters in New York and New Jersey federal and state courts, as well as forums for alternative dispute resolution.
Gemma, Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Real Estate Group, represents major real estate developers and entities in high-end, complex real estate transactions and developments throughout the region and nationally. Gemma has experience with alcoholic beverage control licensing and has successfully handled many transfer applications before various boards and municipal councils. Gemma is an integral part of the firm’s management through her ongoing mentorship of associates, as Chair of the firm’s retirement plan trustees and as a member of the firm’s Escrow Committee.
Alyssa focuses her practice on all matrimonial and family law matters, with extensive experience on divorce litigation and custody disputes. This past year, Alyssa was inducted into the New Jersey State Bar Leadership Academy, which provides intensive learning, career planning, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities essential to leadership in the bar, the workplace and the community. Alyssa also serves an associate editor for the New Jersey Family Law Editorial Board and as a Trustee to the Middlesex County Bar Association’s Board of Trustees and Bar Foundation.
