Claudia M. Theagene Joins Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) is pleased to announce Claudia M. Theagene joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group.
Claudia joined CSG Law in 2024 as a summer associate. Before law school, Claudia worked as an ELA fellow with AmeriCorps, and as a public policy fellow at The Lawyers’ Committee: First Generation Civil Rights Fellowship.
During law school, Claudia was a research assistant for Professor Ndjuoh MehChu, a Legal Education Opportunity program fellow, secretary of the Black Law Students Association, and served as the New Jersey Sub-Regional Director for the Northeast Region of the National Black Law Students Association. In addition, Claudia earned a certificate in Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Law and Policy from the Federal Communications Bar Association.
Claudia earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
