CSG Law Achieves Mansfield Certification Status for 2023-2024
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is pleased to announce its achievement of Mansfield Certification for 2023-2024, which is completed by Diversity Lab and measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered women, lawyers of color and LGBTQ+ lawyers.

The 2017 Mansfield Rule is named after Arabella Mansfield, the first woman admitted to the practice of law in the United States. Through Diversity Lab’s year-long test process, the team measures the outcomes of science-based and data-driven talent practices that allow for fair and equal access to advancement opportunities for leaders in law.
