CSG Law Announces 2025 Promotions
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce the promotion of three attorneys, two to Member and one to Counsel, effective January 1, 2025.
“As we start off 2025, we celebrate the accomplishments of these three attorneys, and their promotions to Members and Counsel of our firm,” said Marie Mathews, Managing Member of CSG Law. “We look forward to continued growth and opportunities for Brian, Caroline and Aiyana in their new roles.”
Promotions include:
Brian H. Fischkin (Member of the Firm, Surety & Fidelity Group) focuses on the representation of sureties, developers, owners, and contractors in construction and commercial contract interpretation, negotiation, and disputes. His litigation experience spans various state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, including the United States Supreme Court, where he authored an amicus brief filed on behalf of 68 Members of Congress. Additionally, he has extensive experience drafting construction management agreements, general contracts, subcontracts, license access agreements, and architect, engineer, and consultant agreements. Brian earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review, and his B.A., with distinction, from Yale University.
Caroline Murphy (Member of the Firm, Immigration Group) has also been named the Practice Group Leader of the Immigration Group. She focuses her practice on business immigration and investment immigration, as well as family-based immigration. Caroline is a member of the firm’s EB-5 practice, and she also represents human resource professionals and companies across all industries. Caroline also counsels human resources professionals, business owners and general counsel on all aspects of immigration compliance and worksite enforcement including preventative measures including I-9 audits, training and H-1B policy review as well as representation during I-9 and H-1B audits. Caroline is from Dublin, Ireland, and earned her LL.B., in Law & French, from Trinity College Dublin, during which she also obtained a Certificate at Sciences Po Paris. She obtained her Barrister-at-Law degree from The Honorable Society of King’s Inns in Dublin and is admitted to practice at the Bar of Ireland and New York.
Aiyana A. Goldberg (Counsel, Real Estate Group) focuses her practice on real estate, land use and related transactional matters. She has represented developers, real estate investment companies as well as several other closely held corporations in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions – including development, leasing and finance transactions. Her practice also includes alcoholic beverage control law, where she has experience with alcoholic beverage control licensing and enforcement matters. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she received the West Academic Publishing Company Commercial Law Award and her B.A. from Rutgers University.
