CSG Law Recognized by New Jersey Law Journal in 2024 New Jersey Legal Awards
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is pleased to announce CSG Law was recognized in 10 areas by the New Jersey Law Journal this year in the publication’s annual New Jersey Legal Awards including being named a finalist in the category of Law Firm of the Year.

Winners from among the listed finalists will be announced at a ceremony on October 29.
Frank J. Giantomasi is a Member of the firm’s Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group and Executive Committee. He has more than four decades of experience in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, complex commercial transactions and Chancery litigation, and has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Frank is recognized as a leader in planning, zoning, and development law including tax abatement law for the City of Newark and urban areas. He has served as Chief Development Counsel for some of the region’s major real estate projects, including the planning and development of Prudential Insurance Company’s Newark Headquarters.
Gemma M. Giantomasi is a Member of the firm and Practice Group Leader of the Real Estate Group. She represents purchasers, sellers, developers and lenders in real estate transactions. She focuses her practice on real estate acquisitions, sales, finance, condominium development and creation. Her practice also includes alcoholic beverage control law. She has experience with alcoholic beverage control licensing and has successfully handled many applications for person-to-person and place-to-place liquor license transfers before various alcoholic beverage control boards and municipal councils.
Frank Xavier Wukovits is an associate with the firm’s Tech, Privacy, & Data Innovations and Corporate & Securities Groups. Frank dedicates his practice to working with entities at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies, ranging from startups, emerging growth companies, private companies, and Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate VCs, family offices, and angel investors that invest in those companies. Frank works with entities across the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic planning and decision making prior to formation, governance, corporate counseling, venture capital, debt and equity financings, series funding, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and integration.
Jeanelly Nuñez is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Jeanelly works on a variety of matters, including complex civil disputes, white collar criminal defense cases, and internal investigations. Jeanelly returned to CSG Law after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable José R. Almonte, U.S.M.J., of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to working for the United States District Court, Jeanelly also clerked in the General Equity Part of the Chancery Division for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Jablonski, now-Assignment Judge for the Hudson County Superior Court.
