CSG Law Welcomes Associates
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Fady N. Shenouda and William I. Frigerio have respectively joined the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Real Estate Groups as associates. Fady and William served as law clerks at CSG Law prior to their admission to the bar.
Before joining the firm, Fady had a legal externship at an endowment organization in North Carolina, where he helped develop distribution models. He also served as chair and co-organizer for the Durham European Law Institute Annual Debate in the United Kingdom.
Fady earned his LL.M., magna cum laude, in Business Law, from Duke University School of Law and his LL.B. from Durham Law School, where he received the Foresters Land Law Prize (awarded to the top three students in the Land Law module).
William served as a summer associate for CSG Law in 2023. Before joining the firm, he was a research volunteer for the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission and a legal intern for a Pennsylvania law firm, where he focused on issues related to personal injury, medical malpractice, and rules of civil procedure.
William earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor for the Review of Banking and Financial Law. He earned his B.A., in Political Science, from Trinity College in Connecticut.
