Francis J. Giantomasi Joins RWJBarnabas Health Board of Trustees
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) congratulates Francis J. Giantomasi, Member and Co-Chair of the Executive Committee, on his appointment to the RWJBarnabas Health Board of Trustees.

Frank is one of the leading real estate attorneys shaping the landscape and economy of New Jersey. He has more than four decades of experience in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, complex commercial transactions and Chancery litigation. Additionally, he was appointed to the transition teams of both Governors Phil Murphy and Mikie Sherrill.
Frank has served on the Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center since 2008, and he has served as the Chair of the Board since 2019. He also serves as a member of the RWJBarnabas Health Quality Committee.
