Indian Subcontinent Interest Group: FAQs on EB-5
On March 12, from 4:00 – 5:00 pm, Rohit Turkhud, Counsel in the CSG Law Immigration Group, will speak at the Indian Subcontinent Interest Group (ISIG) meeting, a section of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, to discuss “FAQs on EB-5.” Mr. Turkhud will discuss insights on the EB-5 visa program, focusing on key concerns for the Indian community, including retrogression, the source and path of funds from India, and other relevant factors.
