On October 24, from 1:30 – 2:30 pm, Adriana M. Peters, a Member in the CSG Law Real Estate Group, will serve as a speaker on the International Council of Shopping Centers + U.S. Law panel, “Permitted Transfers: Assign of the Time or (Sub) Let It Go!” in Orlando, Florida.
Ms. Peters will provide insight on lease assignments and subleases focusing on what both landlords and tenants will want to consider when drafting and negotiating permitted transfer provisions.
