Mauro G. Tucci Jr. and Marisa Rauchway Appointed Chairs of NJSBA Franchise Law Committee
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Mauro G. Tucci Jr. and Marisa Rauchway, the Practice Group Leaders of the firm’s Litigation Group, were appointed Chairs of the Franchise Law Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) for the 2025-2026 term.
The mission of the NJSBA’s Franchise Law Committee is to establish a forum where franchise law practitioners can meet, network, show information and discuss developments and suggest improvements in franchise law.
Mauro regularly litigates in federal and state courts on a range of complex commercial disputes, and his experience includes white collar criminal defense, regulatory and administrative matters, labor disputes, and class action defense. He routinely represents health care providers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufactures, and public entities.
Marisa, who also leads the firm’s Franchise Team, assists clients in navigating legal issues both in and out of court, including prospective franchisees, current single- and multi-unit franchise operators, and franchisors. Her clients span a wide variety of industries, including hotel and hospitality, gas station and fuel distribution, childcare, gym and fitness, medical, luxury watches and jewelry, food and beverage, motor vehicle dealerships, appliance and entertainment.
