Meadowlands Chamber: Impact of NJDEP’s NJPACT/REAL Regulations
On January 29, from 8:30 to 10:30 am, Dennis Toft, Chair of the CSG Law Environmental Group, will be a featured speaker at the Meadowlands Chamber’s program, “Eggs & Issues: Emerging Development Issues – Affordable Housing and Climate Legislation” program. Mr. Toft’s panel will address the impacts of the New Jersey Protecting Against Climate Threats (NJPACT) regulations and the new Resilient Environments & Landscapes (REAL) rules.
