New Jersey Licensed Beverage Association: ICE Workplace Raids – Best Practices and Preparation
On November 19, from 10:00 – 11:00 am, Caroline Murphy, Chair and Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Immigration Group will serve as a speaker at the New Jersey Licensed Beverage Association’s 92nd Annual Convention. Ms. Murphy’s panel, “ICE Workplace Raids: Best Practices and Preparation,” will provide guidance for employers and employees on best practices and legal rights if U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrive at the workplace.
