New Jersey State Bar Association: Solid Waste Issues – It’s Not Just Garbage Anymore
On June 20, from 12:30 – 1:15 pm, Dennis M. Toft, Chair of the CSG Law Environmental Group, will serve as a speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2025 Environmental Law Forum at ICONA Diamond Beach Resort in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. Mr. Toft will participate in the panel discussion, “Solid Waste Issues: It’s Not Just Garbage Anymore,” which will explore the evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding solid waste management.
