NJICLE: Hot Topics in Residential Real Estate 2024
On December 18, from, 11:15 am – 12:15 pm and 1:20 – 2:20 pm, Michelle A. Schaap, Chair of the CSG Law Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group, and Frank X. Wukovits, an Associate in the CSG Law Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group, will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s, “Hot Topics in Residential Real Estate 2024” NJICLE program. More specifically, Ms. Schaap will discuss the New Jersey Design Professional Self-Certification Act’s effect on new construction and Mr. Wukovits will discuss the use of artificial intelligence in real estate.
