North Jersey CFO Leadership Council: Unlocking the Power of a Multi-Generational Workforce
On January 13, from 8:00 – 10:00 am, Lindsay A. Dischley, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Employment & Labor Law Group, will serve as a speaker at the North Jersey CFO Leadership Council’s program, “Unlocking the Power of a Multi-Generational Workforce.” Ms. Dischley will provide insights and strategies for cultivating a dynamic multi-generational workforce. Topics include talent shortage solutions through outsourcing and technology adoption, managing diverse teams, and innovative remote work approaches. Additionally, retention strategies such as employee engagement and development will be discussed.
