Ross J. Childs Named to 2025 NJBIZ Forty Under 40 – Rising Stars
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Ross J. Childs, an associate with the firm’s Real Estate Group, has been selected by NJBIZ as a 2025 Forty Under 40 honoree in the Rising Star category.
Launched in 2006, this recognition honors 40 professionals under the age of 40 for their notable successes and strong leadership. For the second year in a row, NJBIZ also honors 15 Rising Stars – recognizing individuals who are 29 or younger with seven years or less of experience that show extreme potential to be an industry leader in the next few years.
Ross J. Childs represents real estate clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and finance transactions, as well as condominium development and formation. Ross assists clients on alcoholic beverage control law matters, including experience with person-to-person and place-to-place liquor license transfers and enforcement matters.
In addition, Ross regularly participates in the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice’s monthly landlord-tenant clinic, providing pro bono assistance to clients in need. Within the firm, Ross is an active member of the Technology Committee, the Summer Associate Committee, and the Member/Associate Relations Committee. Ross has also been included in The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” for Real Estate Law for 2026.
NJBIZ will recognize these professionals during an award ceremony on Thursday, October 30.
