Scouting America Northern New Jersey Council: 2025 Commercial and Multi-Family Market Trends: Affordable and Attainable
On September 10, from 4:00 – 7:30 pm, Scouting America Northern New Jersey will host their 7th Annual Building Connections Real Estate Industry Networking Reception at MetLife Stadium. The featured panel, “2025 Commercial and Multi-Family Market Trends: Affordable and Attainable,” will be moderated by Frank M. Giantomasi, a Member in the CSG Law Litigation Group, and will feature Thomas J. Trautner Jr., Chair of the CSG Law Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group.
Mr. Giantomasi and Mr. Trautner will discuss navigating the pros and cons of repurposing aging and devalued properties, understanding new affordable housing obligations and rent control in New Jersey, and exploring attainable housing solutions for moderate to middle income households.
